We use the best property management software to monitor and receipt rental payments. Log into your owner portal to view statements and stay in tune with how your investment is performing. We have a zero-tolerance policy on rent arrears and when times do go wrong, we have systems in place to ensure that your rent is paid as soon as possible.


Maintenance and Protecting Your Property

We are fastidious in recording the entry condition of properties and document everything with comprehensive photos. To ensure that your property is well looked after, we conduct six-monthly inspections on all our properties and will make sure that any issues are brought to your attention immediately. We also understand that if we take care of your tenants, they will take care of your property. Therefore, we make sure to respond quickly to tenants’ requests and enquiries so they feel well looked after.
