A wooden dresser makes a perfect example of how you can restore something old into something beautiful. To make a real statement all you'll need to do is sand it right back, paint or stain it with any colour of your choosing. Then update the handles and you have a totally new dresser for a fraction of the price.

Matte black bathroom fixtures are really trending right now, but can be expensive. If your current fixtures are in good condition but just need an upgrade. Spray painting them matte black can modernise your bathroom and it is quite simple to do. Just ensure you sand them down well and tape where you do not want to spray paint.
