If you are looking to make that move, then get it done early. Going early will mean you end up with more in your pocket once you have finally made the move. In a declining market, it is all about protecting your “change over” figure. Whatever properties you are looking at buying now, in 6 months time, they will most likely be worth less. So SELL HIGH, BUY LOW.

Choosing A Tough Agent

When the market is hot, every house sells. This year, agents need to prove their worth. 2019 is the year of the tough agent. This year, putting the wrong agent in front of the right buyer may mean you losing out on a great offer. This means having an agent that will:

·       market your property effectively;
